I am Mother to three beautiful children, Hinemaia, Taiao and Aio.

I am of Ngapuhi, Rongomaiwahine + Kahungunu bloodlines

I live in the ancestral lands of Te Mahia mai Tawhiti and from here I feel the whole Universe

My passion is in empowering and uplifting wahine/women to transform from the inside out - to reclaim their voice, their power + their unapologetic fullness

To shine bright + slow down

to rebirth themselves + lovingly nourish their whanau with mana + aroha intact

Firstly I want to acknowledge all of my ancestors and the precious kuia, koroua, aunties, uncles, matua + whaea, all the teachers and mentors who I have been so honoured and lucky to learn from over the years. Those who lovingly entrusted in my deep listening and encouraged my own journey of rediscovery

I would not be able to do this mahi without the strength + guidance of my pou and so I want to say thankyou - you know who you are

Secondly, my tamariki - for being the greatest teachers of life I ever could have asked for. The greatest degree I will ever have is being your mama - so thankyou from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to be your mum - Hinemaia, Taiao + Aio

My hope is to use this one precious life I was given to be of highest service to my whanau, my hapu, my iwi and our planet as a whole

To use the tools I have gathered to inspire and also educate others to continue their own learning, re-membering and unfolding too

I believe in the power of the ancestral lineage we all hold that connect us back to the beginning of time and to one another. Also to our innate ability to heal, transmute, transform and evolve both individually and as a collective

I know we can truly make a difference to our earth by each of us doing our part - that also means taking responsibility for our own healing - and the wellbeing of our whanau

we all have a role - a unique essence to celebrate + share - a koha to the circle of life

we are the change

together; we may find the way

nourishment

for the body, mind, heart + soul
